Purchase Policy

By purchasing Koins, you authorize us to charge your Payment Method with the price (including any taxes and transaction fees) of the product. You acknowledge that your account will be frozen in the case of, but not limited to: disputes, transaction issues, and/or chargebacks, until the matter is resolved. Note that failure to cooperate in an investigation or provide additional information when requested will result in your account being frozen indefinitely.

If we detect, in our sole discretion, that your payments have excessive disputes, high reversal rates or present a relatively high risk of losses, your account could be frozen indefinitely. Concerns regarding purchases can be resolved quicker by contacting us at [email protected] instead of contacting your bank and/or card issuer.

Refund Policy

Please contact us directly at [email protected] within 48 hours from the time of purchase if you wish to receive a refund for the Koins you purchased. You can only get a refund if you still have the purchased Koins in your account.
